Curriculum
All Star Preschool offers a developmentally appropriate, activity based curriculum based off of the Early Learning Standards for the state of Idaho and the NAEYC guidelines. We utilize discovery centers, structured play, games, arts & crafts, stories, and songs to teach Kindergarten readiness skills.
Preschool Class: (3 and 4 year-olds)
Our primary objectives are social skills and learning basic preschool concepts such as colors, shapes, alphabet identification, counting, and name recognition.
Pre-Kindergarten Class: (4 and 5 year-olds who have one year left before kindergarten)
Our primary objective is Kindergarten readiness, both academically and socially. We continue to work on basic preschool concepts, as well as higher-level concepts such as rhyming, pattens, sight words, skip counting, and writing.
